If you want to stay on the bleeding edge you can download the latest from CVS.
 

cvs access:

cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/jamin login

when asked for password just press the enter key.

cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/jamin co jamin
 

After downloading from CVS you can just use:

cvs -z3 up -Pd .

in the main jam directory to update.
